Scarce Resource refugees in France need as much as water

For any of us who have traveled with teenagers overseas or to remote areas with limited cellular data, we laugh about how the WiFi signal can be like an oasis in the desert.

 

For refugees in Northern France, the WiFi signal that comes to them everyday is probably as valuable to them as water at this point. This video on CNET shows the impact it’s having on a daily basis and how the internet has connected the world.
