For our Tematica Premium Members, the home assistant category is one we’ve discussed in depth when it comes to Boomers and their use of Amazon. Sure, its adoption by Gen X’s and Millenials has been extensive, but we see it as a trojan horse of sorts for Baby Boomers. As vision and motor skills decline, what could be easier than simply asking Amazon to make a purchase, adjust the thermostat, check the front door, call their children, etc.
