Consumers Shifting to Food with Integrity Cereals Over Sugary Ones

While overall cereal sales are stale, like an old box of Cheerios, sales are up for cereal that advertise sprouted grains, and products that advertise more protein, and gluten-free cereal products. We see this a good for companies like Kasha and Cascadian Farm, but potentially troubling for General Mills, Post Holdings and others.
